Daryl, holds state certifications as an Addictions Counselor, Recovery Support Specialist, and a Criminal Justice Professional. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Services and a Master’s Degree in Organizational Management and Leadership, both from Springfield College. Prior to entering the human service field, Mr. McGraw held several leadership positions in the hospitality field working for Fortune 500 companies
As the former Program Director for the Yale University Department of Psychiatry, he was contracted to serve as the Director of the Office of Recovery Community Affairs for the State of Connecticut Department of Mental Health and Addiction Services. Daryl has experience in the areas of policy development, contract management and project coordination, as well as collaborating with grassroots peer-advocacy agencies and the CT Department of Corrections. Mr. McGraw is a community organizer, activist and philanthropist. He serves on several boards involving re-entry and criminal justice reform in the state of Connecticut. He consults with law enforcement, universities, policy makers, behavioral health and addiction treatment facilities who are looking to expand their knowledge and expertise in the area of criminal justice reform. He is an integral part of leadership decisions for these agencies and organizations. As a leadership consultant, Mr. McGraw inspires cultural competency and challenges organizations to move away from the status quo.

With a wealth of experience and expertise, our team is uniquely positioned to provide the highest quality consulting services to individuals and organizations working to improve our criminal justice system.
Dr. Williams is a physician, philanthropist, and criminal justice reform, advocate. He has
a passion for reimagining the entire criminal justice system, from sentencing guidelines to
assisting the formerly incarcerated with the reintegration into society.
His professional experience includes the practice of medicine and
employment with the U.

His professional experience includes the practice of medicine and
employment with the U.S. Department of Justice, Drug Enforcement Administration. His
educational background includes a B.S. from Alabama A& M University; an M.D. from
Meharry Medical College, School of Medicine, with specialty training from the Detroit
Medical Center/Wayne State University; and an M.S. in Forensics from the University of
Alabama-Birmingham, College of Arts & Sciences, Department of Criminal Justice.
Sentencing disparities, post-conviction remedies, and the medical care of newly released
and formerly incarcerated people are his principal areas of interest. Dr. Williams has
mentored, counseled, and advised inmates at the federal correctional level.

Frankie is responsible for managing the agency's day-to-day operations and supporting the founder in achieving our mission of empowering formerly incarcerated individuals and improving the criminal justice system.
With several years of experience working in the criminal justice system and a passion for social justice, Frankie brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her role at Formerly Inc. Frankie is deeply committed to supporting our team of formerly incarcerated consultants and ensuring that their voices and perspectives are heard and valued in all our work.
In addition to managing the agency's operations, Frankie works closely with our founder to develop and implement strategic plans, build relationships with clients and partners, and advocate for policy changes that promote equity and fairness in the criminal justice system.
My background includes a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and several years of experience in government focused on criminal justice reform. Frankie firmly believes in the power of second chances and is dedicated to working alongside our team at formerly Inc to create a more just and equitable society for all.
Latosha Taylor is a childhood trauma, and psychiatric survivor who has transformed her lived experience into a passion for building community-based approaches to support others to find value in their experiences. She is also a Recovery Support Specialist working as an Educator, Trainer, and Advocate for Formerly Inc. Latosha has present
Latosha Taylor is a childhood trauma, and psychiatric survivor who has transformed her lived experience into a passion for building community-based approaches to support others to find value in their experiences. She is also a Recovery Support Specialist working as an Educator, Trainer, and Advocate for Formerly Inc. Latosha has presented at several national conferences on the diverse roles of peer support, including providing TA assistance through the Recovery Support Learning Collaborative to help mental health care providers integrate the peer role into their agencies. Latosha formerly taught the Recovery Support Specialist Certification and Training for CT and is a nationally certified eCPR facilitator. She sits on the National Coalition for Mental Health Recovery Board of Directors. She has served on several boards throughout the States of Connecticut and Arkansas, focusing on policy changes to ensure better recovery services for people in her communities.
